The Bible has much to say about the time of The Tribulation period, the Antichrist, the end of the world, the second coming of Jesus Christ, and 2012. Providence has prophesied and planned a 7-year period to punish the pagan people of this planet.
1. It is called Daniel’s 70th week. See Daniel 9: 25
2. It is also called The Time of Jacob’s Trouble. See Jeremiah 30:7
3. It will last exactly 7 years.
4. It is divided into 2 parts of 3.5 years: The Tribulation, and The Great Tribulation.
5. It begins immediately when the Rapture occurs.
6. It will be a literal hell on earth. You don’t want to be here.
7. There will be a One-World Government established immediately at the beginning.
8. Immediately a One-World Leader (The Antichrist) will take over the nations.
9. There will be a “Mark of the Beast” imposed upon all the “citizens of the world”.
10. Without that mark, no one will be able to buy or sell.
11. The Antichrist will re-establish world peace after the Rapture.
12. The Antichrist will build the Third Temple for Israel, on the Temple Mount, in Israel.
13. Israel will be fooled into believing the Antichrist is their friend.
14. 1/3 of the Earth’s water will be polluted. 1/3 of mankind will die. 1/3 of the habitable earth will be burned up.
15. The cause of one third of the earth becoming waste will be missiles coming up out of the Euphrates River.
16. There will be two Men of God preaching daily in the streets of Jerusalem. They will be hated for their preaching, but no one will be able to kill them. Instead, they will belch fire out of their mouths and destroy all who oppose them.
At the mid point of the Tribulation, things change:
1. The 2 Men of God will be killed, and lay lifeless in the streets for 3 days. Then they are resurrected, and ascend to Heaven.
2. The Antichrist will turn his back on the Jewish nation. He will defile the Temple he built for them.
3. He begins a 3.5 year search and destroy mission to annihilate the Jews.
4. The devastations of the first 3.5 years seem as nothing, now, compared to that which occurs in the last 3.5 years.
5. The Antichrist amasses his armies and moves against Israel.
6. The valley of Armageddon becomes the site of the world’s last battlefield.
7. The Lord Jesus returns just in the nick of time, saves Israel, and establishes his kingdom in Jerusalem.
There is only one way to be saved, and that is through the Lord Jesus Christ!
